Clean Is Not Done Until It Dries
Explain why boards need cleaning, sanitizing, and air drying before storage.
What changes between a weak close-down and a safer board reset? Before: boards are clean-looking but stacked wet. After: boards are upright, separated, and able to air dry. Flat stack became upright storage. Airflow matters because moisture trapped between boards can keep residues and microbes in hard-to-clean grooves. Clean-looking became clean plus sanitized.
