The Invisible Transfer Chain

Trace a cross-contamination chain and identify the control point that breaks it.

The reframe: contamination spreads through ordinary objects, not only through obvious spills. The Chain Model Think in links. The first link is the risky food or soil. The second link is the carrier: a hand, glove, knife, board, towel, handle, probe, or tray. The third link is the target: ready-to-eat food, a clean surface, or a tool used later.
