Recover From the Wrong Board

Apply a complete corrective action after raw poultry contacts the ready-to-eat board path.

Raw chicken briefly touched the green ready-to-eat board, and lettuce was waiting nearby for salad prep. Wrong-board recovery: stop, separate, assess food, clean and sanitize, retrain.
