Use Stories to Make Strategy Usable

Use a concrete story to make a leadership vision memorable and actionable.

The reframe: a story is a decision tool. A vision phrase gives direction, but a story gives texture. It shows what the words mean when two good options compete. "Effortless" could mean fewer steps, stronger defaults, clearer education, or faster escalation. The story makes the interpretation concrete. Name the person under pressure Generic users do not motivate or guide. A named person with a real constraint creates empathy and specificity.
