Build Transfer Before Launch
Plan transfer supports before, during, and after a leadership-development experience.
Transfer is not a reminder email. It is the set of conditions that helps a leader use a new behavior when normal work pressure returns. Before the program, participants need a reason and a target. A vague invitation says, "Attend this training." A transfer-ready invitation says, "Bring one live delegation challenge; your manager will ask what decision right you clarified afterward." This primes relevance and accountability. During the program, design for behavior, not comprehension.
