Listing Copy Starts With the Customer Job
Rewrite an Amazon listing bullet around the customer's job instead of the seller's feature list.
A feature earns its place when it proves the customer's progress. The job behind the click Jobs to Be Done treats a product as something customers hire to make progress in a specific situation. On Amazon, that progress is the reason a shopper chooses one similar-looking product over another. Why feature-only bullets underperform Feature-only copy makes the buyer do translation work. The listing says material, size, pack count, and accessory. The shopper has to decide whether those facts solve the messy situation that brought them to search.
