Use RACI to decide who must authorize, advise, and receive updates on master-key work.
Authority check A facilities coordinator asks for a new master key for a contractor who starts in 30 minutes, and that key would open three tenant suites. The job is small; the consequence is durable access. RACI path Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed RACI keeps the technician from accidentally becoming the customer's security policy.
