Do not confuse a loud request with a pattern
Choose the strongest response when a high-volume request conflicts with broader discovery evidence.
The principle is not “ignore loud customers.” It is “weight requests against the evidence pattern you already have.” A strong PM asks whether the loud request reflects the same job under a different constraint, a segment-specific job, or a one-off implementation issue. Overreacting breaks continuity; dismissing it entirely misses possible segmentation.
