A loyalty campaign is a test only if it can change the operating standard. PDCA turns loyalty work into a learning system. Plan means state the problem, prediction, target cohort, success metric, guardrail, and owner. Do means run the smallest test that can teach you something without exposing the whole program to unnecessary cost or trust risk. Check means compare actual results to the prediction, including unintended effects such as margin leakage, complaints, breakage, operational effort, or cannibalization.
