Make Feedback Safer With SBI
Use SBI feedback to discuss a teaching issue without weakening psychological safety.
Feedback gets safer when it gets more concrete. Psychological safety does not mean avoiding hard topics. It means people can face reality without being shamed. SBI supports that by turning a judgment into a sequence: name the situation, describe the behavior you observed, and explain the impact. This prevents two common errors in music-school coaching: mind reading and character labeling.
