Bad playtest evidence is expensive only when it arrives late. Safety and standards go together Psychological safety is often misunderstood as being nice or avoiding conflict. In creative production, it is closer to disciplined candor. The team needs enough trust to say, "This feature is not landing," while the work is still changeable. That candor protects the player, the schedule, and the craft. The leader's job is to make the work discussable. Use clips, metrics, and observed behaviors before interpretations.
