Use life-cycle cost analysis to compare sustainable options beyond first-year price.

Whole-life cost is where sustainability stops sounding optional. Follow The Operating Reality LCCA captures what happens after award: setup, maintenance, utilities, training, consumables, downtime, recovery, and disposal. Those are often the places where sustainable alternatives either prove their value or expose weak claims. Use Common Assumptions An LCCA model only helps if suppliers are compared on the same basis.
