Commit to a Trigger Plan

Commit to a specific if-then response plan for one recurring workplace trigger.

Create one if-then plan for a real workplace trigger you expect this week. Choose a specific moment: public correction, interruption, delayed reply, last-minute request, dismissive feedback, or post-reaction repair. If [specific trigger cue] and I notice [body signal], then I will STOP, reappraise it as [alternate meaning], and say [exact response sentence].
