Write a management-reporting opening that states the answer, the implication, and the support logic before detail.
The opening line is a decision tool, not a greeting. Answer State the conclusion in plain language. Use a verb that shows direction: improved, slipped, stabilized, accelerated, or needs a decision. Avoid "overview" openings that describe the contents but not the message. So What Name the business consequence.
