Build a RACI Before the Chase
Assign support work with one accountable owner and clear consulted/informed boundaries.
The support move is to make hidden coordination visible. The framework Management support often fails when everyone is busy but no one is clear. RACI separates four different kinds of involvement: Responsible does the work, Accountable owns the result, Consulted gives input before the work is finalized, and Informed receives updates after the decision or progress is clear.
