Q2 High effort · High value Matched peer reference calls, major case studies, keynote stories, and CAB roles that require heavier stewardship. Q3 Low effort · Lower value Basic testimonials with weak specificity or low reuse. Useful, but not worth heroic process. Q4 High effort · Lower value Asks that consume customer time without enough commercial or learning upside. These deserve pruning.
