Map the Enrollment Inquiry Before You Fix It
Use a service blueprint to identify one enrollment handoff that is damaging parent trust.
The enrollment problem is usually a handoff problem. A parent does not experience your school as departments. They experience a sequence of small promises: someone answered, the teacher fits, the location is clear, the price makes sense, and the first lesson feels organized. A service blueprint makes that sequence visible. Put the parent actions on top: sends inquiry, books trial, receives reminder, arrives, talks after lesson, pays.
