Map Form Labels To User Language

Rewrite system-centered form labels into user-centered labels and hints.

Payroll setup labels expose backend terms users do not recognize. Use familiar language, natural mapping, and format hints to reduce translation errors. The trap is assuming technically accurate labels are interaction-clear labels. Step 1 Identify the user object: the account where reimbursements land. Start from the user's real-world object, not the database column. Step 2 Write the label: "Bank account for payouts." The label is concrete and task-facing.
