Risk Starts With the Objective

Write a marina risk statement that names the objective, uncertainty, consequence, and time horizon.

Risk is not a label. It is uncertainty hitting a named marina objective. Objective First ISO 31000 frames risk as the effect of uncertainty on objectives. In a marina, that keeps the team from treating every worry as equal. Start by naming what you are protecting: guest safety, berth availability, fuel integrity, environmental compliance, asset condition, staff capacity, or revenue continuity.
