Turn Complaints Into a Pareto Chart

Use Pareto thinking to prioritize a guest-experience improvement.

Guest complaints feel scattered, and the team is choosing fixes by anecdote. Pareto analysis ranks complaint categories so the team can focus on the few causes creating the largest share of friction. Fixing the most recent loud complaint can leave the most frequent complaint untouched. Before Weekly meeting: Wi-Fi, fuel wait, and staff tone all compete equally because each has a vivid story.
