Measure Activation Health, Not Just Sync Volume
Apply user-centered metric thinking to CDP activation health.
Sync volume says the CDP moved data. Activation health says the CDP helped people do valuable work. Most CDP dashboards overcount motion. They count profiles, events, destinations, and audiences. Those metrics matter, but they do not answer whether the business trusts the platform.
