Measure Teacher Training Transfer

Apply Kirkpatrick's four levels to evaluate whether a dance teacher training changed classroom practice.

Training value is transfer, not attendance. Reaction Did teachers find the training relevant and worth their time? Useful, but weak as proof. Learning Can teachers explain, demonstrate, or choose the new method? This shows understanding before pressure hits. Behavior Do teachers use the method in real classes? Observe the specific behavior, not a vague impression of quality. Results Did the studio or student outcome improve? Examples include fewer parent complaints, stronger retention, clearer progression, safer technique, or more consistent recital readiness.
