Create a specific support commitment for a mental-health-relevant workplace situation.

Take one supportive next step for a colleague, peer, or team process that affects mental health at work. I will take this support step: "For [person/team], I will [observable work-design action] by [date]. I will protect privacy by saying only [work-relevant language].
