Write Outcomes, Not A Transcript

Separate useful meeting outcomes from transcript-style detail.

A note is not valuable because it is complete; it is valuable because it is operational. Context explains the commitment Keep enough background for someone to understand why the group chose a direction. Cut repetition, commentary, and loose speculation. Decisions change the team's future behavior A decision tells people which path is now true. It should include the choice, the reason if it matters, and any condition that could reopen it.
