Map a moving customer's visible journey to the backstage actions that must be reliable.

Blueprint the promise before optimizing the route. Customer actions Start with what the customer does: asks for an estimate, approves a date, sends inventory photos, requests building paperwork, watches the crew load, and signs off at delivery. These actions reveal the customer's mental model of the move. Frontstage actions List what your team does in view of the customer: confirms scope, explains accessorials, texts arrival windows, protects the home, labels items, and walks the final room check.
