Run a Small PDSA Dispatch Test
Design a small operational experiment using Plan-Do-Study-Act.
Small tests keep service changes honest. Plan Name the problem, prediction, measure, and smallest safe test. Good PDSA plans are concrete enough that someone else could run them. Do Run the test where failure is survivable: one crew, one move type, one dispatcher, one day. Capture what actually happened, including surprises. Study Compare the result to the prediction. Did calls drop, arrival accuracy improve, rework shrink, or customer confusion change? Look for learning, not excuses. Act Adopt, adapt, or abandon. If it worked, expand one notch.
