Choose a negotiation where you expect deadline pressure, price pressure, stakeholder anger, legal resistance, or a final-offer frame. When I hear [pressure phrase], I will mirror: "[their loaded words]?" Then I will label: "It sounds like [their constraint or fear]." Then I will ask: "How/What [question that makes the constraint solvable while protecting my boundary]?" In 3 days, check whether you prepared the sequence and used at least one part of it live.
