Rewrite a feature-led outreach line into a value hypothesis.

Feature-led line: “We offer AI dashboards for RevOps teams.” AIDA adapted to sales outreach: attention from trigger, interest from problem, desire from business consequence, action from a specific question. Common trap: putting the product noun first and forcing the buyer to translate why it matters. Attention Name a trigger: “after a merger” or “before the Q3 board pack.” Specific triggers beat generic benefits. Interest Name the struggle: reconciling three forecast sources. The buyer recognizes operational pain. Desire Name the consequence: leaders lose confidence in commit calls. Value becomes executive-relevant. Action Ask a yes/no diagnostic question.
