Next Actions Must Be Physical
Rewrite vague tasks as concrete next actions that can be started immediately.
Vague work survives by making you re-decide it every time. Start with the verb A concrete next action starts with a behavior: open, draft, send, call, review, compare, schedule, ask. The verb proves that the task has crossed from intention into execution. Attach the object The object removes ambiguity. 'Review' is still too loose; 'review vendor contract section 4 for renewal dates' is usable. Future-you should not need to reconstruct the context.
