Reversibility Risk Easy to undo Hard to undo Low risk High risk Auto-run Low risk, easy to undo Use basic testing and lightweight logging. Examples: internal tags, personal reminders, draft labels, non-sensitive status notes. tl Log and narrow Low risk, hard to undo Keep the trigger narrow and log changes. Even low-risk actions deserve care when cleanup is annoying or distributed. tr Review sample High risk, easy to undo Add review, sampling, or approval for sensitive data or customer trust.
