OBJECTION-HANDLING5 MIN READ
Separate Concern, Position, and Stall
Classify an objection as a concern, a position, or a stall and choose the next move.
The reframe: not every no is the same no. Concerns need evidence and empathy Use Feel-Felt-Found when the person is protecting a real risk. Normalize the concern, then show what others found. Positions need interests A position is a stated conclusion. Reframe it with a question about the interest underneath the demand. Stalls need qualification A stall sounds like activity but avoids commitment. Ask what decision the next step will support and who must be part of it.
