Sort each line into the LAARC phase where it does the most work. Listen and Acknowledge Assess the concern Respond and Confirm I can see why that feels risky with launch only a month away. Other teams have felt the same pressure when the change touched support. Is the concern mainly budget timing, implementation load, or proof of value? What would legal need to see for this risk to be acceptable? What they found was that a two-week pilot answered the risk without a full rollout. Does that answer the implementation-load concern, or is another part still open?
