Priority Which COPM rating decides what matters enough to target? Importance. Performance and satisfaction matter, but importance tells you whether the occupation belongs near the top of the plan. Two scores Performance and satisfaction are not the same. What is the difference? Low performance with high satisfaction may need a different plan than low performance with low satisfaction.
