Write key results that provide measurable evidence of an objective.
A key result should make the end-of-quarter conversation boring in the best way: the evidence is clear. Baseline Start with where you are. A target without a baseline can be either trivial or impossible. Increase activation to 45% means little unless the team knows activation is currently 31%. Target Name the desired level of change.
