The outcome test: an objective describes the changed state you are trying to create. Task Language A task names the work: launch the campaign, migrate the system, hire two analysts, redesign onboarding. Task language is useful in a project plan, but it is weak as an OKR objective because completion can happen even when the customer, user, or business result does not improve.
