Write partner-program OKRs that separate the desired outcome from the activity metrics that support it.
OKRs for partner programs The objective says what change matters. The key results say how you will know the change is real. That distinction is critical in channel-program management because partner teams can look busy while partner productivity stays flat. A useful objective names the partner segment, the behavior, and the business direction. A useful key result is measurable without a debate at the end of the quarter.
