Distinguish patient satisfaction from observable patient-experience drivers in an optometry visit.
A review is more useful when you translate feelings into visit events. AHRQ distinguishes patient experience from patient satisfaction. In practice management, that means you look for what happened: access, information, communication, coordination, courtesy, and follow-through. Satisfaction still matters, but it is too broad to manage directly. Observable Moments Look for the points where the patient needed clarity.
