Measure Partner Enablement Beyond Attendance

Design a partner enablement measurement plan across reaction, learning, behavior, and results.

A partner training session had high attendance and satisfaction, but the new campaign talk track is not appearing in partner seller calls. Kirkpatrick measurement moves from Reaction to Learning to Behavior to Results. The common trap is calling enablement successful because attendees liked it. Positive reaction can coexist with zero field behavior change. Level 1 Reaction: collect attendance, satisfaction, and confidence ratings immediately after training.
