Map a partner initiative from resources to activities, outputs, and outcomes before committing program spend.

The partner outcome chain A channel program is not a list of benefits. It is a chain of cause and effect: inputs create activities, activities create outputs, and outputs should lead to partner behaviors that change business outcomes. Inputs are what you commit: MDF, partner managers, enablement seats, executive access, portal work, and discount authority. Activities are what the program does with those inputs: campaigns, certifications, account mapping, deal desk reviews, or QBRs. Outputs are the visible things those activities produce: certified reps, submitted registrations, published listings, meetings booked, plays launched.
