Treat payment risk before building
Apply the ISO 31000 risk flow to identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat risks in a payment change.
The move: do not stop at risk identification. Move to treatment. ISO 31000 frames risk management as a flow: establish context, identify risk, analyze it, evaluate it against appetite, then treat and monitor it.
