Turn Proactive Into Behavior
Rewrite a vague behavioral expectation into SBI evidence and a testable feedforward cue.
You want to tell a peer to be more proactive about launch risks. Translate adjective -> situation -> observable behavior -> future trigger. The novice move is to repeat the adjective with more emphasis: be more proactive, own it earlier, stay ahead of it. That can sound like coaching while still hiding the behavior.
