Prepare calibration evidence using a situation, task, action, result structure.
The reframe: evidence is a complete work story, not a flattering or frustrating adjective. Situation Name the conditions that made the work meaningful: customer risk, team constraint, deadline, ambiguity, or scope. Context prevents unfair comparison, but it should not replace accountability. Task and Action Task clarifies what the person was responsible for. Action clarifies what they actually did. Calibration needs both because responsibility without behavior is vague, and behavior without responsibility can over-credit someone for work they did not own. Result Result closes the loop.
