Prepare one performance calibration packet with a visible standard, STAR evidence, context, and bias check. Use this when the calibration spreadsheet, review draft, or manager packet arrives before a performance calibration meeting. When I receive the calibration pre-read, I will choose one proposed rating I feel strongly about and add: rating standard, strongest STAR example, strongest counterexample, relevant context, and one possible bias risk.
