Name Rater Bias Before the Room

Identify halo, horn, recency, leniency, and central-tendency bias in calibration prep.

The reframe: a bias label is a question mark, not a verdict on the manager. Halo and Horn Halo lets one strength lift unrelated categories. Horn lets one miss pull down the whole person. Both replace a mixed evidence pattern with a simpler story. Recency Recency bias makes the latest event feel more representative than the whole cycle.
