Write a rating rationale that includes standard, evidence, context, and next focus.

The rating changed in calibration and the manager needs a clear employee-facing rationale. A good rationale includes standard, evidence pattern, context considered, and next focus. The common trap is saying "calibration decided" or listing disconnected examples without explaining how the rating follows from the standard. Standard Name the rating bar: exceeds requires sustained cross-team impact beyond assigned scope. The employee hears the ruler before the judgment.
