When They Say It Is Just Your Opinion
Respond when an employee challenges review feedback as subjective opinion.
An employee says a critical review point is just your opinion and challenges the fairness of the rating. That is just your opinion. I do not think the evidence supports that rating. Part of this is my judgment, and it is grounded in a standard and evidence. The standard was risk escalation by T-minus-10.
