Turn Goals Into Review Criteria

Use SMART goal fields to define what will count as evidence in a performance review.

The reframe: review criteria are not admin detail; they are how you prevent surprise. Specific Means Observable A review criterion should point to behavior, output, or result. "Own quality" becomes a checklist shipped, a defect trend, a stakeholder handoff, or a recurring review ritual. Measurable Means Inspectable Some work is counted in numbers, some in artifacts, and some in stakeholder evidence. The key is not mathematical purity.
