Run a 3-Day PDSA on No-Shows

Design a small PDSA test for one recurring clinic operations problem.

A no-show fix is only useful when it survives contact with a real diary. The clinic manager's reflex is to solve attendance with a bigger rule: stricter fees, more reminders, longer calls, or blocked rebooking. PDSA asks for a narrower move first. Define the aim, test one change with one slice of the appointment book, and learn before you standardize. Aim Name the specific patient group and time window.
