Use Pareto analysis to prioritize one referral-delay cause for improvement.
The practice has many referral-delay complaints but no ranked view of which delay cause consumes the most access time. Pareto analysis ranks categories by frequency, cost, or time so improvement starts with the most significant contributors. The common trap is solving the most recent irritating case.
