Select the right abstraction level for a mixed-audience technical update.
The review starts in 15 minutes. The technical label is accurate, but the risk question is concrete. What should Nina say when the VP asks, "Will this create duplicate payouts?" "The retry is idempotent, so the state transition is deterministic."
